Providence, RI - Working Fire (1/7/06) Courtland St. Fire in a 2.5sty wdfm on the #1flr with extension to attic.

Woonsocket, RI - 3rd Alm (1/24/06) Park Ave Fire through the roof of a 3sty wdfm dwelling. 2 firefighters injured while opening roof.

Blackstone, MA - 2nd Alm (3/1/06) Reilly Ave Fire on a rear deck extending throughout a 2sty wdfm colonial.

Providence, RI - 2nd Alm (3/5/05) Randall St. "Charlesgate North Apts" Fire on the 9th floor which required numerous ems rescues to respond.

Taunton, MA - General Alarm (3/19/06) Danforth St. "Taunton State Hospital" Heavy fire in a vacant 3.5sty brick.
